I was experiencing excruciating pain in my lower right back which I thought was either kidney stones or a kidney infection. I called my doctor and they didn’t have an opening for two more days and I knew I couldn’t wait till then. So they suggested I go to either the er or an urgent care. I was experiencing skin issues. After being unable to get an old prescription renewed until ~5 weeks from now, I contacted TAUC - St. Charles. They were able to examine me and renew my prescription almost immediately. As of today I am well on the way to 100% recovery thanks to the staff there. I will not hesitate to use their services again.

5 Star for sure. They were quick, efficient and thoroughly explained my options for treatment of a very bad case of poison ivy on my eyes. They were kind and compassionate; I was really distressed! Thank you!
EVERYONE was so professional , courteous, thoughtful. I had glass in my foot they did their job which was expected. Thanks guys they even put up with my silliness.

I wood much rather come here than my own doctors office. Everyone is so friendly and they get you right in and out. They don't argue with you regarding symptoms. And they give you meds to make you feel better. Love this place!
We've been to Total Access several times and have been pleasantly surprised each time. They had a quick response time to get into a examining room and was seen right away by a staff member. Everyone there has been very kind and attentive.
Very friendly and competent staff. Prompt attention to my garage accident. Could not be more satisfied with the care I received.
