This is the only urgent care I will go to!! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I feel that your health is the most important thing to them. Caring, friendly, informative! They did more to diagnose and treat me than my personal physician's office did!! I was having horrible respiratory problems and all I got was a strep test from MD. It was efficient, thorough, and I was surrounded by caring compassionate staff. It started at my arrival with friendly staff that were more concerned about me vs the paperwork. The PA was seeing me even though the medical assistant wasn’t able to come in because of the volume of patients. It was impressive. The medical assistant was efficient, well trained and has a gift of compassionate care. Impressive. I would choose them over any ER,or other Urgent Cares.
This urgent care is absolutely awesome. From the receptionist to the techs to the doctors. The setup is like a hospital but everything about works better. They truly work as a team. The one concern I had on this visit was the room we were in wasn't completely sealed off from the next tool. There was a gap between the wall and the window. We could hear everything said between doctor & patient.

I was seen yesterday after being sick for a while and I just couldn't shake it. I made my appointment online and was able to get in within the hour. Once I arrived, I was taken back quickly and a plan was put into place as far as tests and treatment. Everyone was very kind and the facility was very clean. I would highly recommend Total Access Urgent Care!
As always my experience with TAUC is the most satisfying - I always feel that I am in good hands especially when my favorite Dr. is in the house - Dr. Robins! The reason I always feel satisfied is because the days that follow Im feeling better and on the road to a real recovery. If medicine is required the right choice has been made for me providing the right results! Getting better fast is the goal with the right meds so Im not running back and forth to the office. 5 Stars
Great staff, fast, nice and very patient oriented....who'd of thought that on a Saturday morning. Highly recommended !
Total Access Urgent Care is the only urgent care I will use. I have always received the best care and seen very quickly. I can usually get in and out as fast if not faster than my doctors office. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. I went in yesterday for a sinus infection. Was seen, had a chest x-ray, steroid shot and was out with my prescriptions in hand in less then 45 minutes. Can't do better than that.
