We could not be happier with the service provided by Tonna on the Friday night of Christmas weekend when our furnace stopped working . The call center answered promptly & took my information. Our technician, Emily, called me shortly afterwards & said she would be with us within the hour, which she was. She was clearly knowledgeable & diagnosed the problem promptly. Michael (sales) and Dustin (installer) were both great! We were given several options to select. There was no hard sell. The installation went very smoothly. Dustin and the electrician were both very friendly and thorough.
We called for an inspection, Emily came for that task, and red-flagged our furnace, and explained why it needed repair or replacement. The part was ordered the same day. Tonna provided electric space heaters the same day. Thankfully, the temperatures outside were mild. Jamie came 5 days later, and installed the new exchanger, and then found another part that was in poor condition. He gave us the options for repair with a new part, or a new furnace. Really great service! The sales Rep explained everything to me in regards to getting a new furnace. He then told me to decide what unit I wanted to go with. He did not push me into anything that I did not need or want. The installer was on time and very professional. My new Carrier Infinity furnace is a true masterpiece. Will highly recommend Tonna Mechanical to anybody.

I had a complicated issue with my furnace and a/c. Service Pro Jamie was determined to find and correct the issue. And he did! He kept me informed every step of the way. He helped me understand what was going on. I was very thankful for her knowledge, courtesy, professionalism and success in fixing the problem. Great service!

Jamie from Tonna Mechanical came out to check our heating system before the cold weather sets in. We have hot water heat (a boiler) and he explained how things work. He did a thorough job and the unit passed inspection. He was knowledgeable and friendly.
