RecommendedHad a furnace inspection scheduled, Jamie came out right on time. Although he found a cracked heart exchanger, he was very thorough in his explanations and was able to get someone else out within the hour to give me options on what to do next. Plus, he didn't charge me for the original appointment! How refreshing!
They were on time. Answered all our questions. Tona installed all our equipment 18 years Ago and we have only used them for maintenance. Everything is running good.
Spent over $8,000 on replacing my A/C. They put a thermostat in, that we was suppose be able to control with are cell phones. After a month the defective thermostat didn't do as advertised. So, they replaced it with the same thermostat that already didn't work and low and be hold it went out to. But this time they charged me $89 for service call, She tried to charge me $850 for a new thermostat "that of course was a different one totally" took her 15 minutes to tell me what I already new. Tyler installed a new water softener. He was professional, courteous, responsible and pointed out a code issue with our water heater that was installed by another company. We also worked with Clint and Mike W. and have Tonna for furnace, air conditioner and now water softener.
Clint came out to give us an estimate on new equipment today, and he was so knowledgeable and thorough in providing us with options. THIS is how you gain a customer for life. We were anxious after another company's pleasant but pushy salesman tried to up-sell us and tried to put us on a predatory financing plan. Thank you Clint and Tonna!!
Tonna has excellent service. When we rented a water softener, it turns out we had an extra difficult set-up. Brian and Tony spent the time they needed to ensure that we would have the best possible outcome. Top notch customer service!
I've used Tonna for years and always recommend them! Love that they are local/ family owned and involved in the community. I find them to be on time, honest, and fair.
