Needed a new water softener and wanted to go with someone in the area that would be prompt with service. Went through Angie's List and found Tonna. Sales person (Clint) stopped by my office and provided information. Scheduling the install was easy and Brian did a thorough job with the work. Fair price that included install and tax.
Brian H and Corey were awesome. Unfortunately I needed a new water heater, but they came in and professionally and efficiently got the job done. They were knowledgeable and offered great advice to avoid issues with my utilities in the future. They were able to fix my issue within 24 hours of me calling in. Thanks!!
Brian R and Trent came out to help us with faucet replacement and leaking toilets. In their process of being thorough, they discovered a leaking water softener that we didn't even realize was leaking, and saved us a larger issue down the line! Brian R. came to fix our kitchen faucet. He was very friendly and approachable. He noted the problem right away and explained the issue thoroughly. Turned out we needed a new faucet. He explained our options and went across town to get the new faucet and got it installed the same afternoon. He also noted a couple other issues that needed attention and gave us an idea where to find an expert to deal with them. Had new furnace & AC installed; Tonna was great start to finish! They were flexible with arranging a time to come by for an estimate and Mike (sales) put together very clear, easy-to-compare quotes of the different options I was considering. Jeff did the install - he was prompt arriving to do the work and left everything exceptionally clean when he was done! Overall, they go above and beyond. My experience was totally stress-free.
Tonna quoted my Mom almost $180 for parts to fix a broken toilet. She called another company and they charged less than $40 for the same parts. If you have money to burn, Tonna's the place to go, but if you want a fair and honest price, go somewhere else.
They were friendly and prompt. However, I paid $200 for her to fix it so my air conditioner wasn't running constantly. She actually screwed it up more and did things she didn't tell me about. We ended up having to go down there and adjust things ourselves. Plus she gave me an estimate for the final repairs and it included things that didn't even need to be done. I'll be calling someone else to do final repairs.
