Called to have a new fitting put on for a natural gas grill. Tony came out and looked it over, told me that it'd be 200 bucks for one of his guys to do it. I wasn't really feeling all that for just a fitting so I asked him what do I need to do it myself. He told me to wait a moment and came back with two tongue and groove pliers and a can of bondo, didn't even ask for payment, just told me to check it for leaks and went on his merry way. Our furnace suddenly started making very loud noises. Jamie B. looked at our system. He explained what was going on and gave us the opportunity to ask as many questions as we wanted. He answered every question with patience. He was polite, kind, and very service-oriented. Thank you for your help.
Did a great job. Explained things clearly and was in and out in a few minutes. Told me about service plan but did not pressure me about signing up just let me know that Tonna could send me information about it so I can decide at a later time.

Had routine inspection of furnace scheduled and done. Inspection pointed out a crack in the heat exchange and we needed a new furnace;-( This was a Thursday with the temps to go lower than -10 that night. They by law needed to shut off our heat. They provided safe space heaters for us and had sales come to us in the afternoon. Very professional and helpful. 8 a.m. the next morning had the installer come out and install our new furnace. I'm wondering if Tonna makes it a routine to take advantage of senior citizens who are asking for an itemized bill and to have services removed that were not performed by not responding their efforts to address this. They went in and called trying to remedy this and now Tonna has sent another bill with a finance charge added. Is there any one at Tonna who is willing to address this??
