Zach K. installed a new furnace in our home today, because Minnesota Energy had conducted a test that reflected our old furnace was emitted very high levels of CO. Zach arrived on time and completed the installation sooner than predicted. He was very knowledgable, friendly and professional. Brian H. came out at 7:30 pm on a Tuesday night because we had sprung a leak near our water heater. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He came in and assessed the problem very quickly. After grabbing some equipment from his truck, he was able to fix the problem in a matter of minutes. I just wanted to send you a message regarding my experience with TONNA Mechanical. On Saturday, November 26, my furnace of approximately 12 years decided to give up on us. I initially called the same HVAC Company that I’ve dealt with for the last 8 years or so to come out and repair it. After the technicians assessment he informed me that I’d need a new furnace.
