Jamie and Aaron came out to check out my a/c unit that was not working... They explained everything in layman's terms to me. I was very impressed with both of these guys. Jamie explained everything well and even looked for oppurtunities where I may have extra questions.
They arrived early and ready to work. They were both super nice and explained the process of installing a water softener! They completed the job in an hour! I would definitely call Tonna again.
Our heater was out and it was 58 in the house. Randall helped us through troubleshooting on the phone and we were able to get heat pumping in a bitter cold winter.
$89 service call and $256 for 15 minutes of work and no parts . I told them what was wrong with it . So after $345 they finally agreed with me and wanted another $850..... K&S fixed it for $500 Some day they will be on 20/20 for ripping people off
Excellent explanations and instructions on how to use everything
Tonna has installed my furnace, A/C, humidifier and whole-house dehumidifier. They also do my annual maintenance service on everything, including plumbing, through their Comfort Care Plan. Their installers are friendly, neat and helpful. The office staff also are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Tonna Mechanical! 5 stars
