Very easy to set up an appointment for service. Arron, the service technician, was extremely pleasant, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Took the time to cover his shoes to protect our carpets. Very happy with their business...Mason came to the house for the initial consultation on a new central air unit. Very nice guy with a straight forward estimate with several options. I wasn't there for the installation but my wife was and she said the installers were very nice and professional. Tonna is definitely my go to business for any HVAC work that I need done.
We have used Tonna services for years and have always been satisfied. We just had our air conditioning checked, changed a filter, advised us about future service recommendations. Quick service too.
Today, Aaron performed my Spring checkup one year after installation. Previously we have had problems with the air conditioner being unable to maintain comfortable temperatures on very hot days. Aaron performed his job in a very professional, courteous and through fashion and checked every thing to ensure it was set correctly.
