Sales reps and manager ignorant with Toyota Rebates. 2 sales reps contradicting their sales managers and each other. Destroyed my and my wife's credit report by failing to enter correct info into finacing causing toyota and other banks to pull multiple credit reports, 26 hard looks, dropped my score 36 points!
