Service not that good, for example told me free car wash but not at all when I pick up. And always try some ways not to apply my credit reward. Service working time is fine. Just charge more expensive. But I thought the original Toyota service is better than outside, I hope I'm right. I hope it worth the charge?
After 15 years of services at Tom Wood and 3 or 4 new cars. This has been the worst Service we have ever had. I would not have ever thought this company was one of those only in it for the money but not this time. We have never been treated so rudely. Even after 15 calls to the general manager we can not even get a returned phone call And our car is still not fixed.

Two hours to get a simple oil change. Oh, and it cost $50! Was comped two oil changes by Jeremy Forsyth. Today was an entirely different experience. Love the new facility and Justin was very helpful and courteous. Would recommend!
Travel all the way from Noblesville and bypass other Toyota dealers to get my Tundra serviced here! The service department is top notch!
