They care bout people and make sure the job is done right and they give you a ride home will come back to pick you up and bring you back to your car .i love them
So happy the good outweighs the bad on the reviews.....love tom Wood, excellent service every time. Maybe Tom Wood should reach out to the negative comment customers, make things right......I know you can do it Tom Wood 😁
Michael Flynn was the perfect person to work with. He understood that I was looking for a great experience and he delivered . He never pushed me and always gave me the honest answer to my questions. He made it easy to ask questions as well. The entire team at Tom Wood was excellent. I will definitely recommend them and return when I buy my next car.
Amazing service, everyone is freindly, nothing but the best!!!!
Staff was courteous and professional. I took my truck in for an oil change and they did a complete inspection and let me know what needed changed. No pressure from sales to purchase anything just an FMB (for my benefit).
