Have been very pleased with the service department at Tom Wood...Specifically Vicki Cooly has just been absolutely terrific to work with...Easy to get appointments and quick in and outs for service...Had an odd mechanical challege with my Tundra last year...And both Vicki and Jeremy were very helpful in dealing with and resolving a very frustrating issue!...RLH...
The service shop always does a great job. Fair pricing, great communication, dependable work, and great customer service. I always go back, passing 1-2 other Toyota dealerships in transit!
There is no other place I'd take my Toyota for service in the area. Jeremy, Chad and all the service associates have not only provided for our service needs with the utmost care and professionalism, but they have treated us as valuable customers and friends. I highly recommend them!
Always a good experience when I come in to Tom Wood Toyota. My father, my brother, and myself all bring our vehicles there for service. Thanks and keep up the good work!
