Went in for my first service on my Sienna. EVERYONE was so nice and friendly. I was immediately greeted upon entering the service area and was checked-in super fast. My wait time was less than estimated. Great experience, very happy!
Beautiful new facility. James Thompson is a wonderful salesman. No high pressure. No stupid sales games. 3 hours is way too long to hang out and wait tho, since I came in knowing exactly what I wanted.

I’ve always had great service here. Jeremy goes the extra mile for customers and all of the service reps are friendly and eager to assist you. Whitestown is further away but when you’re use to great service you’ll travel for it. Go out the way a little. Keep up the great work!
