Tom Wood Toyota came thru as promised in repairing our vehicle. In future, they could improve by explaining a little more of the details of the warranty and what it covers. We would recommend to other people looking to buy a vehicle.
Unethical dealership. I took in my truck because there was an oil leak. Was told that the oil plug was loose. My vehicle was last serviced at a Toyota dealership. Then was told that they performed a complete oil change without asking me. I asked why they had to do a complete oil change when it was not needed and they stated there was no way to tell how much oil had drained out. Had a great experience today. great service, no games, no hassle. best car buying experience I've ever had. go see Kevin if you're looking for a new Toyota.
I went in for a 60k service and they kept on piling on additional services which included me replacing my brakes which I was told would be nearly 1000 dollars. I was told factory recommended the rotors be replaced, too. I have never heard of anyone replacing rotors at 60,000 miles on a vehicle.
Sales was great! Finance and managers were arrogant and had no idea what they were doing. They were upset after I got approve financing elsewhere. Would not recommend and will not be returning
Sadly, I rushed to judgement to recommend this dealership. Tom Wood Toyota may be the most disingenuous dealership I have ever dealt with. Not only are our cars unregistered after 120 days they failed to pay off our trade in leases leading Nissan to send us to collections. It took a call to Toyota corporate and reaching out to the local news services to get this matter resolved. I would not buy a car here ever again.
