Tom Wood Toyota cannot properly diagnose vehicle issues. I took my prius in after another shop told me I had a bad head gasket. This dealer told me my head gasket was good, and I spent over $2000 on repairs based on their evaluation. Just took the vehicle back in, they say I have a bad head gasket! They are trying to say the head gasket wasn't bad a few weeks ago, but is now? They are a bunch of crooks that take money from customers just looking for answers. Stay away!

Smooth transaction on a new vehicle purchase. The staff that I worked with personally were knowledgeable and easy to work with.
Their manager called my work! Wow this place is one spot you don’t want to work with. If you try to negotiate they call your boss! Watch out I went in to buy a truck, when it got to negotiating they offered me lower than KBB trade on my trade. Then when I I tried to negotiate they handed me my keys and told me I couldn’t get bought anyways. Never even ran my credit. Bad experience.
