I had a credit on my account and it said I could spend it on whatever I wanted. When I tried to redeem it for service they said I could only use $20 at a time...it was a $49 credit...not massive. Ridiculous.

Service not too great! Went in for routine oil change. Got there early to get help with blue tooth. The guy at the desk said a sales associate would be the best person to ask and he would take care of it. After sitting in the waiting room for over an hour I was given no help at all with my BT issue. After my care was “done” Was told that sales was out to lunch but I could wait some more until they got back if I wanted help.
