Service team pretty good. Hospitality area needs work. No coffee in thermos, no bottled water in fridge, freezer for cookie dough was filthy & no cookies. Multiple employees walked by without correcting the issues. Waiting area full of service customers
Excellent customer service when arriving and leaving their facilities. The representatives are very friendly. Cindy from Toyota of Glendale made me feel like family very kind and prepared for any concern that will arise during my stay when taking my car to have it serviced.
