This was my first time at Tom Wood Toyota and unfortunately, I was incredibly disappointed in the service. My family has been going to Toyota for 30 years, so I understand that this was likely a one off situation since the service is usually wonderful at any Toyota we’ve been to, but I will not be risking the time and money on Tom Wood in the future. My wife and I just purchased a new Toyota Tacoma Off Road yesterday, and we had the best buying experience in the many years that I have purchased autos.
