Update: i spoke to Chris Neira who was EXTREMELY disrespectful & rude. I was asking him for any kind of help and he treated me like I was stupid which was very insulting. This was very uncalled for & lack of professionalism. When I asked for help he started offering me more purchasing options. I had never been to Tom Wood Toyota and didn't buy my car there but I took my Prius there for a recall. They were super friendly setting up the appt, explained everything about my vehicle's history and I waited while they did the recall in a very modern and clean customer service area. They even WASHED MY CAR! I will buy my next Toyota there!

Took my 2020 Trd Pro Four Runner in for 10k service oil change. I was informed 3 of the 4 skid plate bolts were damaged/ stripped. They kept my skid plate and advised they would order new bolts then call me for appointment to retap holes and install new bolts. Well after a week, I called them asking if bolts had come in. Had an excellent experience with Jeff Fernandez buying my dream car today! He is the Wrangler whisperer in my opinion. I felt truly taken care of, and not taken advantage of like most car dealership experiences. I appreciate their willingness to work within our budget and comfort zone with something that I thought would never be possible. So happy! I’ve been driving all my neighbors around all night.

The service department was very accommodating when I had explained that I had understood that my recall service would not be as long as what I was told when I had arrived. I was offered a round trip Uber to take me anywhere I needed to go to wait out the 4 hours for service. I chose to wait there in the customer waiting area. My service was actually completed in 2 1/2 hrs. I appreciated that it was completed efficiently so not to prolong my wait.
