I wish I could give zero stars. Took my 2014 Camry in for routine service (tire rotation) and patching of a puncture (not covered) under the ToyotaCare program and got it back with a very noticeable ding in one of the rims. The service manager denied damaging the rim, but the ding was not there before it was taken in for service. They offered to sand and refinish the rim to appease me but I find this to be an unacceptable solution to a problem they created.
