dr. Atkinson takes the time to listen and genuinely cares about you as a patient. he did my husband shoulder surgery and he had great results. He had very little pain after the surgery and his shoulder is back to his normal mobility.. his office staff is very friendly and helpful as well. I would recommend Dr. Atkinson. He’s a good surgeon and he cares about his patience and their outcomes.

Dr Atkinson performed my reverse shoulder replacement. The pre op and post op process was well coordinated including coordination with home care services. Recovery was painless and I rapidly regained function through physical therapy. Appointments were easy to schedule and wait times minimal. Dr. Atkinson took time to answer all my questions and concerns. I am very pleased with my experience and highly recommend Dr. Atkinson.

Dr. Atkinson explained thoroughly the type and extent of damage in need of repair on my right shoulder. His knowledge (and credentials) are impressive and I was able to be scheduled for surgery in a timely fashion. Surgery went well, physical therapy began next day. With physical therapy (and time) healing and function improve daily. We were so impressed by Dr. Atkinson's professionalism and concern for our physical well-being. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and we knew we were in good hands. My husband needed very minimal surgery. The surgery was quick and painless. After two rounds of PT, he was healed quickly. Mine was from a very painful beak. A clean break ended in six weeks of wearing a sling and two rounds of PT. Dr. Todd Atkinson performed my total hip replacement. He gave me my pain free life back!! I cannot thank him enough. On the plus side: phone answered by a real person, appointments without long wait, Dr. adept at knee injection.On the negative side: doesn’t want to hear the whole story, physical exam minimal, yawned during visit, ignored traumatic onset of symptoms, he was fixated on my pre-existent arthritis.I subsequently got a second opinion.

Had a total knee replacement in June 2024. I was bone on bone and every step hurt. Dr. Atkinson has given me my active life back. I would recommend him and his staff to everyone. His office staff are welcoming and the PT staff are the best. They help you feel comfortable and actually makes PT Enjoyable. (Sounds crazy but true)I always left feeling ready to continue my treatment.
