No delays in getting an appointment and smooth process leading to the surgery. I appreciated having rehab at his office. The rehab staff was wonderful! They were always upbeat, positive attitudes, and very kind. I would highly recommend Dr Atkinson if you have any joint issues!

I recently had a shoulder operation performed by Dr. Atkinson and am so impressed by his skills, education and manner. He is thorough, answers every question and after the operation sat down with my husband to let him know how it went for me. This is very rare. Hip replacement check up

Started with an Appointment in April where bone on bone problem was discovered. Dr Atkinson highly recommended surgery that took place in May . Because of my age over 80 I did have to stay over night but got home next day. I just had my three month check up and my new hip is working great. Dr Atkinson and his staff took great care of me and the Physical Therapy was conveniently located in the same building .

Dr Atkinson repaired my left shoulder rotator cuff tear in April of 2024. There was no pain associated with the surgery and the recovery and discomfort was much less than I expected. His physical therapy staff are 2nd to none. I work part-time for the Boston Red Sox in Ft Myers and I feel confident that I will be able to return to my regular duties next February without any restrictions. Also, having two office locations in Cape Coral and Ft Myers is a plus.

I had reverse shoulder surgery in April 2024. Before the surgery I was constantly in pain. It was hard to get a good night's sleep and go throughout the day without some pain. After 3 and a half months after surgery I am pain free. Dr. Atkinson explained to me what to expect after the surgery and what my outcome would be like.
