I was super excited when I was approved to by my truck, a few months down the road and I find out that it has a water leak when it rains and when I bring this to their attention, I'm told that their leak guy can look into at the cost of $300-500 just to LOOK INTO IT. Then I'm told they have someone else, who I sat and waited for, for almost 2 hours and he never showed. I was sold a warranty that DOESN'T COVER this leak issue! What started off as a great experience has only continuously gone downhill since purchasing a vehicle from this dealer. While I do take some responsibility for not checking the car as thoroughly as we should have, we found out today that they flat-out lied to us when it came to our financing options. These guys are great! For being a first time car buyer, I felt very comfortable and at ease and they definitely took care of me! I bought my car from Bill, and he is so friendly and personable. It just so happened that my car was previously owned by another employee of this dealership and they got him on the phone for me so I was able to talk to him about the car and his experience with it. I will never buy a car from here again. We have had nothing but issues with the vehicle we bought in December. We haven't gotten any help from anyone there regarding our issues!
We purchased a fully loaded gmc from Titus will. The transmission was on the verge of going same with the starter and engine. We had no idea until the vehicle shut off on me going on to the on ramp of the freeway with my 18 month old and me pregnant. The car was towed and they refuesed to get us a rental. It took hours of us talking to them to get the help we needed. We finally ended up having to get rid of the gmc because they refused to help us. Same thing happend to a close friend of ours.
