RecommendedMade an online appointment for an oil change and arrived at my appointment time to only be told I had 3 cars ahead of me. Was told the online appointment system hasn’t worked in a year and half. I was not happy to say the least. I then requested to see a manager who got my car in to get serviced within minutes. Still waited nearly hour and a half for an oil change. Titus Will in Olympia went from a drop in Quik Lube service to “appointment only” and their online appointment website had same issues. RecommendedGO SEE TY YALL. We went in looking for a mustang, planning on test driving a challenger and drove off in a BMW. Ty is a true salesman. He knows his product, inside and out. He’s funny, he’s patient and he’s personable. We spent 8 hours at the dealer, doing 3 test drives, asking millions of questions and really pushing it. Through it all, he was friendly and supportive. If cars cost the same as cupcakes, I’d be happy to say we’ll see him again, but that’s not the case. However, we will refer him to everyone we can!

Worst experience i have ever had. They still have not registered my license plate despite several calls and now my temp ones are expired. Very unprofessional do not do business with them unless you want a head ache.
