Absolute crap customer service after the sale. I wish I had bought from anyone else but these clowns.
Never bought a car from here so I can't speak on that but the worst service I've ever experienced. I had my car for over a year no problems, then I have a oil leak of course they "find" other problems. Have it all fixed. Have my car back for a month more problems. Take it back goes from having it back in 3 days ended up being 23 days later without a rental or loaner....not even 2 weeks later another problem this time 3 days to fix get my car back new years Eve ask for a rental they only cover a mid size sedan,I drive a Yukon... read more

Since changing over to Titus Will, service at Parkland Chevrolet has become rather sporadic. Sometimes it's great and sometimes it's frustrating. Take my latest oil change, for example. I called for an appointment and was told the service techs were all busy. They took my name and number. I waited two days for a call back. Nothing. I bought a Malibu from a different dealership. For service on the extended service plan I purchased they told me to go to Parland Chevrolet. I did. Sarah called and told me that in order to fix what was broken, it would cost approx. $480 over what the extended service plan was. I asked for a written estimate, and she faxed over an estimate for over $1600! I approved the repair that was covered only. After I got my car back, I noticed that all my paperwork regarding the extended service plan was missing. It took 2 phone calls... read more
Who buys a car on Tax Day...ME! I was the only client in the facility. It was all about me. Everyone was at my beck and call and they all rocked! Thanks for a super experience. If only I could get that kind of service everywhere.
