Took 6 weeks to the day to get my car back, all due to the service department dragging their feet and breaking parts. We received virtually no communication from the dealership unless we called to ask for a status update. We received the car back on empty and with a broken piece inside the car. We are out 300$ in rental car costs on work that was 100% covered by warranty. I would literally use any other mechanic in the city before going here again.
Not open on Saturday really bugs me. Guess I'll have to find a new dealer.
