By far the worst parts department and service department I have ever encountered. Parts asked for proper documentation. For items and gets what's requested declined sale of part. Service department schedules with valid Info and does not accept paperwork. Service manager does not listen while Talking on phone and blow off the customer. 15 years we have dealt with them with no luck here. I went in January to cancel the warranty on my car I bought from them, they never did it so they tried to get me into a new vehicle, gave me the car for 9 days telling me it was mine and it was good to go, then Day 9 they told me I had to come get my trade in back because they couldn’t get the deal done. 9 days... after the sales manager told me it was a guaranteed approval every day for 9 days. It was a joke. Oh.. and wouldn’t refund me the $500 I had to spend on wheels and tires! 😂 they are a joke.

I took my husband's truck in for a oil change, & the brakes checked. While they checked the brakes, they rotated the tires. We also had the wiper blades replaced for $16. EACH. AS I started to pull out the tire light was on. I immediately stopped. They came & reset the tire computer 3 different times. The light was still on. They told me to go drive around for awhile. Didn't help. I called back & left a message. No return call. I called the next morning. Had to bring it back in. Same thing again. They ordered a sensor. Put i... read more

It's a free oil change and I'm NEVER coming back! The kid working on my car literally does not know what the tools are called to do my oil change. OMG! another, "professional" shop where I'm going to have to go back and re-do it myself.
