I’m absolutely baffled. I bought my 2019 Chevy Cruze here a year ago and was told I’d get free oil changes for life. Due to mostly city driving, I just had my oil changed for the second time. Today I find out that they discontinued the free oil changes and I would now be charged a discounted rate! I’m absolutely not pleased and will not be purchasing there again. Also - when you get your car serviced ANYWHERE else, they do the oil change, check your fluids, top them off, rotate your tires, etc. Nope, not here. You literally ... read more
Overall, this dealership does not look out for what's in their customers best interest. Shady deals is their expertise
Stay away from this dealership! They wanted to give us $4,000 less than our vehicle is rated on clean trade in. They would not budge on their price of their vehicle, which was over priced by $2,500. Beware!!!!
