in the beginning of my experience there, we had an awesome salesman named Jason. and then a few days later they transferred us to another one of their salesmen, Robert. he seemed nice at first until he tried to bully us into settling for a car we didn’t want to buy. They worse service department I have ever been too! Tell you 40 mins to wait for an oil change. They now take appointments so that bumps you further down the list. They of course don’t tell you this. Some people have been waiting 3 hours! How about you come up with a better system. Maybe one bay for appointments and the rest for people who just show up. They also don’t rotate tires. Charge extra for that! How about getting a manger who can actually run this place right!

Very very disappointed with the service, or lack there of, we have received thus far at this dealership. After purchasing an extended warranty and something going wrong on our car, we came to find out that it wouldn’t be covered so now we have a very expensive lawn ornament. Previously I was under the impression that all of TitusWill was connected and has been corresponding with the Vice President of Ford/Toyota. While I was waiting for my car to get an oil change I overheard two salesmen talking to each other how they wanted to punch a motherfucker in the face . I guess they were getting irritated by the customer so this was their reaction. And they did not know I was listening
