Was charged an appraisal fee for my house even though I already had one done. Asked to get a refund was told I would get the refund have been waiting for it. Decided to go with a different loan company, was told that the refund would only come after the loan has been closed and would take up to 10 days. Come to find out the loan processor never closed out the loan. Attempted a cash out refi through this company. The loan officer ***** was cool. Its the Customer Relationship Manager ****** that left a bad taste in my mouth. Worst customer service ever! He ensured he got his point across regarding my refinance options and how he doesnt believe Ill succeed regardless the company I work with. ****** is a tumor within this company and should be fired. If more employees are like this guy, Ill never again recommend this company.

The Loan Depot is comprised of highly professional employees and is very personable. They kept me abreast of the process via email or phone almost daily. They were able to get refinancing for not only my primary property but my investment property as well. I would do business with them in the future and recommend them to my friends and family.

Due to the flexibility of being able to give me a conditional approval, the seller allowed me to stay in the home. I would not have been able to stay in the home, nor close on the loan without them. I tried more than one lender and LoanDepot was the only one who was willing to work with me.
