LoanDepot underpaid the payoff amount on my car loan so I was not seeing the loan get zeroed out. When I contacted my bank they were going to send the check back. Instead they let me pay the missing $611.15 which got the balance due amount down to the amount of the check that had been sent by LoanDepot. During that entire process I got no support from LoanDepot to try to help straighten it out. Refinancing my existing home loan was a very professional and pleasant experience. The people were extremely helpful and the rate was lower than I was expecting.Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and walked me through some of the more complex aspects of refinancing. I really like the attitude of all the people working on my loan.I would recommend them to anyone I know looking to refinance their home loan.

the good review rating online for this company Loandepot must be fake/paid! Because the horrible experience I have with them. I don't even know where they got my Personal Identifications and even pulled my credit. How could a company do that without even this person's any acknowledgment at all?! This is illegal!
