After contacting loanDepot for a quote we decided to go with another lender. We informed our ********** that we were not interested by phone and email. LD proceeded to send us loan docs to review and accept after we told them no. They have continued to badger and harrass us with phone calls multiple times on a daily basis. These so called sales tactics are TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and un-professional. Do they really think we would even consider doing business with them? PK - ************ ZERO STAR RATING

I was just looking at a possible refinance and wanted some info. ******* pushed,lied,intentionally and illegally pulled my credit the day after i told him not to. All while claiming how great it was working to my benefit. He was so determined to make a sell, dishonesty seemed a refined tactic, versus attention to customer requests. He took me for someone that he could push into a predatory loan. This is not the service that i expected!
*********************** with LoanDepot was awesome, explained everything fully and made sure the refinance was going to be worthwhile. He was very knowledgeable.

I inquired about a refinance loan but went with another lender so for 2 weeks now I have asked them to stop calling me! Now Im still getting these phone calls and they wont stop bothering me! 5 minutes ago I received another call and asked them to put me on there do not call list and the person asked me why ?
