One of first places I looked to verify *********** Whole process was awesome exceeded our expectations, quick easy. Staff responded in timely manner all questions asked ! We used VA loan and staff very knowledgeable!

I had a conversation with one of their professionals regarding a loan/refinance but I decided and told her the terms were not to my liking and I would not be making application for the loan. That was 2 weeks ago, and now Im receiving emails with documents to sign, phone calls about my application as well as packets in the mail of documents. Im honestly concerned that a loan is going to be opened in my name without my knowledge. I regret having the first conversation.

My experience working with our loan officer at Loan Depot, ********************************* has been a great experience! Very thoughtful and respectful to our requests and needs. I have had 3 home loans with Loan Depot and their loan officers have always been there when we needed then. To be honest they just keep getting better each time we work with them. He personally picks up the phone each time I have called!
