I had a conversation with one of their professionals regarding a loan/refinance but I decided and told her the terms were not to my liking and I would not be making application for the loan. That was 2 weeks ago, and now Im receiving emails with documents to sign, phone calls about my application as well as packets in the mail of documents. Im honestly concerned that a loan is going to be opened in my name without my knowledge. I regret having the first conversation.

I have had 3 home loans with Loan Depot and their loan officers have always been there when we needed then. To be honest they just keep getting better each time we work with them. He personally picks up the phone each time I have called!
