Loan Depot is an outstanding company with a wonderful service to the customer. The process was fast and efficient. I do recommend this company if you need to purchase or refinance your home.
There were a couple of small misunderstandings dealing with several parties and the closing costs were higher than what I preferred but overall the loan process went very well. My loan agent did not try to over sell. She was patient, thorough and kind. The loan manager was patient and easy to talk to. I was quiet pleased with the entire procedure.
Over the years and after many real estate loan transactions I learned the process was a nightmare. Loan Depot was the exact opposite! Every facet of the refinance was done quickly, efficiently, and transparently. All my questions were answered the same day. The closing was so smooth, the money was in the bank even before I was told. I cannot recommend this company any higher. Awesome.
