They lied about the appraisal fee, charged me upfront fee and then added extra later. Also they quoted me the rate and locked in with excessive points charge and it was too late to back out . They put me on hold back and forth with long delay. At the same time, I made mistake and referred my family member. He is going through a lot of agony and longer delay than I.
