Deceptive loan tactics. Given an inflated value of my home. Told them I was skeptical of their proposed valuation of the property and was told that if the appraisal didn't come back within a few thousand dollars of their projection, that I'd recieve a refund of my appraisal fees and they'd reevaluate their process for property values. Going on 2 months and have heard nothing after repeated inquiries about my refund. Beware of the lies and deception.

I used a loan prricer named *******************. I don't know why she put me in such a tight jam..... everything because of me making an offer on the house I was pre-approved for a certain amount and then she said I couldn't get a manufactured home so I had to fix some things on my credit to make my score go up well my score went up by 6:40 and she thought that my school was only going to go up 10 points well after I did that she sent me the paperwork to sign and I was looking at a house that was under $200,000 and she wante... read more
Once we told them that we would not be going with us, they would not refund our money and would not stop harassing us to go with them. After 2 weeks of telling them no they would not stop.

The Loan Depot staff had me homeless for 6 days. The communication was very lax at the end, which is when you need to be communicated with the most. TS was my loan officer who was very good initially, At the end he missed a few important steps which caused the disaster that took place. The good thing after my horrible experience is that I got my home.
