Absolutely horrible company. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They tell you it's no problem and that you are qualified for the loan and at the last minute they deny your loan. After you speak with the first person that sells you on this company and the loan and gets your hopes up then afterward transfers you to someone else and communications are almost none. Working with loan the loan depot team was a pleasant experience. They were supportive and very knowledgeable. The best part of working with the team is their cohesiveness. Every member made sure their areas were covered and offered assistance whenever I reached a snag. Great doing business with loan depot. Very please with the results and process overall.

The lending officer completely stopped communicating at one point. They failed to secure an appraisal even after warning them a month in advance. Senior account manager was unprofessional and lacked knowledge at times. We wont be using LoanDepot again.

I went to refinance my home. First they never got back to me about when an appraiser was scheduled. They cancelled the refinance because they said I never got back to them. I was waiting for them to call me. That was $500.00 for nothing. I kept getting new loan officers that didn't even know I already had a loan with them.After 3 months, the appraiser came out and said my house was not fit. From beginning to end the experience was comfortable and the representatives were very knowledgeable. This mortgage was a first time for me and everyone involved made it easy to understand and follow through to the end.
