I have had a mortgage with loan depot for 2 years and they started calling daily telling me about refinancing options I finally gave in paid them ***** for a credit pull we decided not to partake in the loan based on some of the fees and other things and I got looking at my bank account and had a charge for ****** for an appraisal that I didnt order or want so I called them they said they would refund the money I didnt authorize them to take in 15 days.Will never have another loan with them complete garbage

Loan Depot did a hard check on my credit and created an loan application without my permission. Then a full loan application was sent in the mail and when I did not sign it, was then given a list that they shared my information with, most of which I have no control over. Now I'm being contacted by other companies thinking that I was looking for a loan. These are bad practices and beware of considering Loan Depot in the future!!!

Loan Depot has went down in quality. Back in 2017 my husband and I got a loan with them they were great. I just recently lost my husband so I refinanced with them. It was a joke I'm giving them the same information over and over again and they're not communicating with one another. I had an issue with the appraiser and the appraisal where she took away square footage of my home,because she was in a hurry trying to beat the weather . These people do NOT know how to take "NO" for an answer. Their offer did not make sound financial sense at this time, so we turned them down. Then the phones calls came 3 and 4 times a day, all hours of the day and night, for a month. After I began hanging up as soon as they identified themselves, they actually had the nerve to send ** a rejection letter. We have an EXCEPTIONAL credit, so their reasons were fabricated and ludicrous. I will NEVER do business with Loan Depot nor would I recommend them EVER.

The rep did a hard pull after saying she would only do a soft pull to go over options. She was politely deceptive. I will not be using this company as they are not truthful with their process.

Our experience was great.net was easy for both of us to see what we both needed to complete. There was constant communication. The process worked for us as we are familiar with getting documents uploaded and getting my questions answered as I asked them.it went smoothly and for us they had the best offer and rate to refinance our house.

Called to shop for a VA Loan Refinance with " Loan Depot ". Talked to a loan officer *************************** speaking with him for a long period, he kept repeating himself and it was pretty apparent he was not paying attention to my needs or concerns. I demanded to talk to his supervisor, which he resisted.
