Loan ******** ***** did not listen to me at all. My income was wrong, our property tax info was wrong, so many more errors. Almost all the info I gave her was incorrect on the paperwork I received in the mail. Very happy I looked at it thoroughly or I'd be paying way more that she quoted me over the phone. Will be looking elsewhere.

Loan Depot staff are the best. I almost didnt answer their call! Glad I did! They are excellent listeners and problem solvers. Communication was always timely and clear. The mortgage process was smooth. I got out from under a terrible balloon payment and paid off a long standing debt. I am so relieved and I have peace of mind and affordability of my mortgage.
The loan process is stressful. LoanDepot employees eased that stress and made the difference. I shopped my loan and stuck with LoanDepot. I am an independent business owner and my loan process was was unique and complicated and LoanDepot had the experience and knew how to guide me in the right direction to get to my goal. I was funded today and I look back and am completely satisfied with my results!
