The worst of my life was to do any business with this establishment. Very unprofessional employee ruined not one but two closings for me They have the worst loan officer ever. A fast talker who is all about the quick buck and never even take time to do whats needed or matter until its too late He kept trying to convince me to get a co-signer on several occasions and he was a real jerk So unprofessional! Loan depot have been great. Ive had absolutely no issues with the work they have done. My loan officer **** has gone above and beyond to make sure I got a place I can call home.
The guy says, they will pay all my debts & consolidate into one. All of a sudden, he said- i need a co-signer. Really?! I was approved by other lender without a ************* will save at least $2000 per month of payment. Worst customer service!
This has been a bad experience from the start. Told me I needed a co-signer and then we would be good. Got the co-signer and paid the appraisal fee and still was told they couldnt do it.
Loandepot contacted me in regards to a home refinancing. I did not know at the time the home interest rates have went up. I've nicely told them more than ********************************************************* 5 to 10 times a day trying to CON me into doing a loan with them. Do not contact them or put your information on lending tree. You will be harassed I'm going on 2 weeks of minimum 5 calls a day.
