I am writing this review after being harassed by Loan Depot for over a year and, specifically, after receiving 3 calls, within 45 minutes, from them today. Loan Depot does not respect your decision to not use their services. Loan Depot repeatedly uses a call service/program that uses caller identification to deceptively identify them as calling from your area code. That is a scammer practice/tactic. We loved our experience with ***** *********************. They made moving to ********* easier just by being understanding and patient. They helped us get the home we wanted within an hour of being contacted. They go above and beyond for their clients. They definitely dont have normal banker hours. They get the job done for you and make it as smooth as possible!

I had the absolute worse experience with Loandepot NMLSR ID# ******* and their agenda ************************* NMLSR ID#******* While in a discussion regarding and Home Equity Loan ****** was filling out an application for a refinance without my knowledge. I gave him general information that I had given numerous other loan companies and none of them filled out an application. She had an excellent knowledge of local real estate issues and was able to help navigate difficult procedural matters involved in purchasing a condominium that meant dealing with condominium bylaws and the condominium association.
