If I could give them a zero I would. The worst experience of my life. Be prepared to send them proof of things 3 different ways and then be told they don't believe you. Constant jumping through hoops. Got the clear to close and then 2 hours prior to closing I get told we no longer are clear to close even though nothing changed. Jumped through hoops for 2 more days for closing. 2 months of absolute misery.
