An amazing experience. the LoanDepot personnel were excellent in communication, notification, and coordination. They fully answered any questions I had and kept me up to date during the loan process. From settlement to cash-in-hand was 5 days!! I would absolutely work with them again.
Are experience has been seamless. The loan officers assigned to us have been open and upfront about our entire loan application and all the steps it will take to complete and the timeline in which all of this will occur. They know their jobs.
Canceled application and now I have to wait a month to receive the money they took from my account on the same day I cancelled.
I requested information as I am thinking about refinancing my home. I talked with a rep for over an hour. I was very specific about what I was looking for. The amount of the loan, including taxes and insurance as well as my max ******* amount. After shopping around I decided to go with another lender. I was called by an agent and after giving my information about a cash-out refi. After paying $495 for an appraisal and $22 for a credit check I was told that I could refi which would include paying off 2 cars all credit cards and I would receive almost $9000 in cash. My closing date was scheduled for a Tuesday. Friday afternoon I was called to say there was a hold up. They treat veterans horrible and do nothing to help you. They take every advantage of disabled veterans and try to take your home from you.
