Here's an email I received from LoanDepot 12/27, mind you I am not difficult to work with just busy, both my *********** work to support our family. Pre-purchase we gave our agents our schedules living in different states. The utter disrespect here is unnecessary. I did everything asked or we would NOT have gotten the loan. We're not in charge of what other agencies gave us (like the keys) and the notarized docs via ***** werent needed as I went up to **** from ******* to sign IN PERSON. This process went quickly and smoothly, from start to finish took less than 3 weeks and I left to enjoy Christmas with my son knowing I had already closed on my new mortgage. My loan officer was very patient and kind and made sure I had a good understanding of the process.

Seeking a Loan and started to get paperwork. Had an appraisal done before signing off on the paperwork that is ONLY GOOD if the loan goes with this company. ***************** was contacted and the Policy was already advised that they should be listed as a lienholder.They seem to be moving too fast before I have signed off for the proper loan amount paperwork. No longer considering the company and am out the cost for the appraisal, that can not be used by a different loan company.

The communication skills was terrible. At one point it took 9 days for a response. They would tell one thing ( even send it to you on paper) then closing came and the numbers would be different, just a day later.
