Loan originated on a rental property on or about June 30,/2021. I received a delinquent notice dated January 20, 2023 that loanDepot did not pay the property tax that was due July 31, 2022. I called loadDepot customer service several times only to get a recording that due to technical difficulties my call could not be received and try again later. After several attempts I finally got though to someone who I couldn't understand. He had a supervisor return my call. She said that my account was "Exempt" from property taxes. Esc... read more
