It took forever to get financing. Very slow, inadequate conferring with different departments. Process took close to 2 months and they made me get a commercial loan only bc I was not living there due to an illness and the remodel.

When I purchased my home in 2007 I used loan Depot and they were great! Since that time I redid my loan a couple times to reduce the interest rate and got it down to right at 3 1/8% -- my disability retirement from previous employer ran out at age ************************************************************************************************************* a little over 2% interest rate increass but I am now in a place where I can afford to maintain my home and still pay all of my other bills without going into default.
