Well...I got duped into thinking this company was great. I someone got called by them. Most likely my information was sold to them as I asked my original loan company for a refinance quote. I thought they were related. Silly me. The process was simple enough, but the moment I signed, they sold my information and I've been getting about 40 emails a day about nonsense. Very disappointing performance. This entire company has failed royally in allocating a mortgage in a timely fashion to the point that we are about to loose the transaction and maybe forgo of the initial deposit. After many phone calls, text and email we received no reply...
