They got things done, but it was very sloppy. There has been major mistakes on calculating overall closing fee that I had to go back-and-forth for correction, and also mistakes on the amount of the escrow which made everyone confused, including the closing attorney and Loandepot themselves. They initially gave me a wrong interest rate that got me hooked, but later turned out that for my case that loan wasn't applicable, but I already spent enough time and I had offer in my hand that I had to move forward with them.
