I would like to give a Big Thank You to my Senior Account Manager and my Licensed Lending Officer, both of them were Awesome in helping me get out of my current Conventional Loan and back to my VA Loan. Expected more from this company. Initial HELOC loan took over 2 months. Initial draw was sent to the wrong account number even though all accounts were verified. Finally sent to the correct account. We tried to get a 2nd draw and they said the names didnt match, even though they sent the first draw to original account. We had to open up another account to match the name on the ****** This has been a huge inconvenience

Always great working with my Agent ***************** for the past 7 years. I trust him with our family and friend Home Mortgage. He is always helpful and always honest about what to do and what not to do. These days it is difficult to find good people to work with and the ones that actually care about you and your family. I would not choose anyone else to work with. The rates cannot be controlled but LoanDepot always has a great programs to help homeowners.
